Our 5-step recruitment process:​

We are with you every step of the way through the full life cycle of the recruitment process from the initial in-take session and discovery phase of the position requirements through to on-boarding the candidate
1. In-take
Our process starts with the in-take session with the hiring manager to get crystal clear on the right candidate fit from all perspectives including technical skills, attitude, motivators and team & company culture fit so we are clearly on the same page from the outset.
2. Sourcing & Screening
Using our vast network, tools and proprietary system, we will scour the market leaving no stone unturned to generate a list of candidates to connect with and thoroughly screen interested candidates based on your skill requirements and the X factors that were conveyed during the intake session so your time will be most productive by only interviewing viable qualified candidates.
3. Interview

We will schedule and help lead/facilitate the interview if so desired. After each interview the recruiter will debrief both the candidate and hiring manager to get a clear picture if there’s a fit from both sides to move forward. If not, the recruiter will ask the manager for clear points as to where the candidate fell short to refine the search further. You can expect total transparency so you are always in the know.
4. Negotiation​
​
Our seasoned recruiters will manage the negotiations at the offer stage. They will cover every detail and provide unique solutions if necessary in bridging any gaps that may occur between the offer and the candidate’s requests. We will improve your closing ratio by 50%.

5. On-boarding
​
Even after an offer is signed our recruiter’s job is not done. Changing jobs is a major life event that inevitably creates some anxiety for the candidate even when they are making a move for all the right reasons. Mitigating this anxiousness through the on-boarding process is crucial for a smooth transition. We accomplish this with a 3 prong approach:

Start the on-boarding paper work as soon as possible to get them active and implant the seeds of transition

Have the manager/team schedule a brief intro via video conference before they start and share some up to date project info

The recruiter will reach out with a weekly check-in call to ensure everything is on track
